Ideally located in the heart of Carré d’Or, 50m from the sea, between the Casino du Palais de la Méditerranée and the Negresco, in a quiet building on rue Meyerbeer, which directly overlooks the Promenade des Anglais. Old Nice, the city center, the port, the train station and the shops are within walking distance.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor accessible by elevator of a beautiful building from the 1930s, and overlooks a small quiet courtyard. Maximum capacity is 4 people.
The kitchen, is fully functional and equipped (hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine), with its dining area to allow you to prepare food.
The bathroom offers a shower, storage unit, mirror, washbasin, hair dryer. The WC is separate.
The large main room is made up of a living area with a double sofa bed (140 cm) – armchairs – coffee tables – flat screen TV, and a bedroom area with its double bed (140 cm).
Lots of storage.
Everything needed for washing/cleaning/ironing is available in the apartment. The linen is provided.
Other remarks
For all lost keys, you will be charged 60€ to buy the key and the badge.
It is very important to respect the tranquility of the residence and the inhabitants.
